Easier than I thought it would be. I went to the UPS Store and sent my IPad back to Phobio with the label that I printed out and about three weeks later I received a Costco shop card. I couldn’t ask for anything easier. 🤗

Was a very simple and easy process. I mistakenly put in wrong phone version and ended up getting a lower value for the trade in which was disappointing but my fault.

It was great to have a trade-in option at the time of purchasing a new iPad. The mailing kit and instructions were straightforward and the review of my device was relatively quick. The only downside is the use of a prepaid Visa card, as I would have preferred a credit to my own card.

Everything worked well. Having a phone number to call with issues that might arise would help with the trade in process.

I purchased a new ipad from Costco, and just received my check for $35.00 for my old model. It was very easy, with complete instructions for the return, to delete information on the ipad, package and take it to UPS at no charge to me!!!! Thanks for the swift service!!

It is an environmentally the way to get rid of old electronics. It couldn’t be easier. Clear directions to clean my unwanted device, easy to use packaging sent to my door and a close drop off. Much closer and easier than going to the electronic drop off at our landfill.

I was quoted a dollar amount for my return, it took me a few days to get it in the mail but was surprised at how quickly my credit was in my account.

Phobio gave clear, concise instructions and were very responsive to questions. They were also very accurate with how long the process would take and sent the refund within a reasonable time.

Trade in was made easy because you didn’t have to jump through too many hoops to sell your device. Phobio communicated throughout the process. Price was not the highest, but it was very fair considering that you had to only answer three questions before getting a quote.
